WANTECH ELECTRONICS — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Repair Services
1.1 Any repair timeframes provided by Wantech Electronics (“Wantech”) are estimates only and not binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.
1.2 Wantech will not be liable for delays, unforeseen repair costs, or any resulting loss or damages suffered by the Customer.
2. Return Authorisation (RMA Requirement)
2.1 No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
2.2 Customers must submit an RMA request via the online form available at:
www.wantechelectronics.com
2.3 Once approved, Wantech will issue an RMA number authorising the return of one item per RMA number.
2.4 A full and accurate fault description must be completed to enable technical evaluation.
3. Condition of Returned Products
3.1 All defective or returned products must include:
- Original cables
- Power supplies
- Accessories
- Documentation
- Packaging (where possible)
3.2 Products returned without required items may be rejected or incur additional fees.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
4.1 The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Wantech’s premises.
4.2 For the Customer’s protection, it is recommended to:
- Use a traceable delivery method
- Insure the shipment
4.3 Wantech is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels.
5. Non-Compliance with Return Conditions
5.1 If return conditions are not met (e.g., incomplete accessories, improper packaging, missing RMA number), Wantech may:
- Refuse the return altogether, or
- Apply a restocking fee of no less than 15%
6. Product Acceptance & Inspection
6.1 Upon receiving returned goods, Wantech will conduct an incoming acceptance inspection as soon as reasonably possible.
6.2 Inspection includes:
- Fault verification
- Assessment of condition
- Validation against the issued RMA
6.3 Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be processed only after successful inspection and confirmation that return conditions have been met.
7. Cancellation of Orders
7.1 Order cancellations may be subject to fees if:
- Goods have already been packed, processed, or invoiced
- Goods were special-order items or non-returnable stock
- Logistics or administrative costs have been incurred
7.2 Special-order products, customised items, or items marked non-returnable cannot be cancelled unless defective.
