WANTECH ELECTRONICS — PRICING POLICY
1. Quote Validity
1.1 All quotes issued by Wantech Electronics (“Wantech”) are valid for 24 hours from the date of issue, or until a revised price is issued — whichever occurs first.
1.2 All quoted prices remain subject to:
- Product availability
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Supplier cost increases
- Changes in import, shipping, or logistics costs
These may affect the final price before dispatch.
2. Customer Confirmation
2.1 By accepting a quote, invoice, delivery or making payment, the Customer confirms that:
- The goods and/or services listed match what was ordered;
- Pricing was agreed;
- Delivery or performance took place as expected;
- The goods were inspected upon receipt;
- The goods are free of visible defects and match the quantity and specification ordered.
3. Evaluation, Demo or Approval Units
3.1 Goods issued for evaluation, approval, or demonstration are considered sold if not returned within 5 working days of issue, in original condition and packaging.
4. Pricing Basis
4.1 The Customer agrees to Wantech’s standard ruling prices for all goods and services as published on:
www.wantechelectronics.com
4.2 Prices are displayed and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR).
4.3 Prices may change without prior notice, including after quote expiry.
5. Overdue Accounts
5.1 If the Customer has any overdue amounts owing to Wantech, Wantech may, at its discretion:
- Suspend all deliveries; or
- Cancel outstanding orders
5.2 In either case, the Customer will have no claim against Wantech for any loss or delay resulting from such suspension or cancellation.
6. Price Changes
6.1 Wantech reserves the right to adjust prices at any time based on:
- Supplier increases
- Import duties
- Shipping or logistical changes
- Exchange rates
- Market conditions
6.2 Updated prices will apply to all new orders or unconfirmed quotes.
