Delivery Options
Standard courier delivery is available nationwide for all confirmed orders.

Express courier is available for customers requiring faster delivery.

- Express rates are calculated at checkout
- Orders must be placed and paid for before cut-off time to qualify for same-day dispatch
Express delivery is subject to courier availability and service coverage.
Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may require additional transit time or surcharges.

Customers will be notified if their delivery address falls within an outlying area.

Courier services do not operate on public holidays, which may result in extended delivery times.

Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance during peak periods or holiday seasons.
Delivery charges
Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders and is subject to order value, location, and courier availability.
- Eligibility thresholds are applied automatically at checkout
- Free delivery applies to standard courier only
- Express courier is excluded unless stated otherwise
Free delivery is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time.
Customers can choose between cost-effective and express delivery options at checkout.
- Cost-effective delivery: Lower courier cost, longer transit time
- Express delivery: Faster transit time at a higher courier rate
Delivery charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery zone.
Additional courier surcharges may apply in certain cases, including:
- Outlying or remote delivery areas
- Oversized or heavy consignments
- Multiple package shipments
- Courier-imposed fuel or service surcharges
Any applicable surcharges are calculated by the courier and reflected at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Collections
All collections require valid identification at the time of pickup.
- A government-issued photo ID is required
- The person collecting must be authorised on the order
- Order confirmation or invoice must be presented
Collections will not be released without proper identification and verification.
Collection orders are prepared only after stock has been confirmed and allocated.
- Orders must be placed and paid for in full
- Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection
- Walk-ins without prior confirmation are not permitted
Please wait for collection confirmation before arriving.
Once your order is ready, the collection process is as follows:
- Receive confirmation that your order is ready
- Visit the collection point during operating hours
- Present ID and order confirmation
- Inspect and collect your order
