Registration as a buyer on the Website is free, and you are under no obligation to buy anything. Before placing your first order online, you must first register with us. Please complete the registration form here.

Your acceptance and consent to be bound by the terms of the Wantech Website is represented by your registration and/or usage of the Wantech Website. You will be needed to provide certain personal information in order to register, which will be safeguarded by our Privacy Policy. You will be needed to give an email address and a password when registering with us, which will be used as your username and password for the Website. Please keep your password confidential, since Wantech will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your account’s use or misuse.

2. Products

The products shown on the Website are subject to availability and will only be delivered inside the Republic of South Africa, in Wantech-designated locations. When the delivery address is input during the checkout process, available delivery locations are revealed, and it is the customer’s obligation to ensure that the delivery address, including the suburb and postal code, is correct.

Customers shall be charged the prices displayed on the Website for online purchases, subject to availability and except where “Inadvertent and Obvious Errors” have occurred. V.A.T. is included in the rates. Special offers may be subject to certain restrictions, such as stock availability and limited time offers.

Inadvertent and Obvious Errors

While the Company takes every precaution to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, Wantech is not obligated to provide you with the affected product or service if we discover an inadvertent and obvious error in the price, product or service description, images, or any other relevant content.
We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the error. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.

3. Orders

Order Confirmed / Placed
Orders placed on the website constitute an offer to buy, subject to these conditions. We will send you an email outlining the products and services you have ordered once we have received your order. These messages show that we have received your order, but they do not imply that we have accepted your offer to buy products or services from us. During the offer process, we are not legally obligated to provide you with the items and services.

Order Paid / Processing
Once you receive a payment confirmation email, your order is accepted and fulfilment begins. 

Order Cancellations
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting a Wantech Agent on +27 11 249 9614. You will only be able to cancel orders up to midnight on the day prior to the date of delivery. Wantech reserves the right not to refund the delivery in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment method should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, Wantech reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the terms.

Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and by clicking on “My Orders” . Once you have selected the order that you wish to track you will be able to see if your order has been received by Wantech, if it has been delivered to you and if it has arrived at the PickUp location of your choice for you to collect.

4. Delivery & PickUp

A delivery fee will be charged for each delivery order placed by you, except on orders over R10 000.00

Wantech delivers from Monday to Friday, 08h00 till 17h00 and does not deliver on a Saturday, Sunday and any South African public holiday.

Items are delivered in 2 (two) to 5 (five) working days if there are no unexpected delays.

Should it be unavoidable for us to exceed these delivery times, you will be notified either telephonically or electronically.

5. Payment

t is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Wantech Electronics PTY LTD.
  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • “Service” refers to the Website.
  • “Website” refers to Wantech Online, accessible from wantechonline.com
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Changed your Mind?

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. You will encounter a restocking fee if the item is being returned under the ‘Change of Mind’ reason.

Returning the products is at your own expense. If we arrange a collection of the products from you, these costs will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you.

We require all products to be returned in new, saleable condition with all packaging intact. Handling fees may apply if any of the conditions are not met.

You will be refunded the purchase price of the goods within 7 days following receipt of your return (less any expenses/fees).

You are entitled to return Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service (We prefer The Courier Guy). We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Sale Items

If the Goods were marked as a sale when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a credit will be added to your Wallet on the My Account page.

Dropshipped Items

If the Goods were purchased from a dropshipper account and then shipped directly to your customer, please follow the standard returns process mentioned above. We will arrange the collection from your customer.

7. Warranty

Wantech Electronics PTY LTD (“Wantech”) warrants a  Product to be free from defects resulting from faulty manufacture or faulty components under the following terms:

Warranty Period

Total Phase warrants parts and labour for six (6) months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) from Wantech Electronics or an authorized Distributor. Wantech further warrants the repaired or replaced product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of repair or replacement, or the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is greater.


This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and expressly excludes any product that has not been purchased as new from an authorized Wantech source. Further, this warranty is only applicable in the country or territory where the product was purchased. This warranty does not apply to Wantech products that are obtained as a result of the purchase of a non-Wantech product.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage which results from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper installation;
  • damage or loss of the product caused by undue physical or electrical stress, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, shipping, or abnormal working conditions;
  • damage or loss of the product caused by acts of nature including but not limited to floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
  • damage caused by operator error, or non-compliance with instructions as set out in accompanying documentation;
  • alterations by persons other than Wantech or its authorized repair agents;
  • products for which the product’s serial number has been tampered with or removed; counterfeit products;
  • damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of operating system, software, and/or hardware;
  • damage or loss of data caused by a computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, or memory content corruption;
  • damage caused by any power source not provided with the product;
  • failures of the product caused by products not supplied by Total Phase.

Service Procedure

If the hardware product proves defective during the Warranty Period, then upon presentation of your proof of purchase, you are entitled to return the hardware product to us for repair with new or reconditioned parts, or for replacement with a new or refurbished model that is the same or similar to the original, at the discretion of Wantech. Any returned parts or products from you that have been replaced become the property of Wantech.
